Steve Bowlds is a Retirement Income Certified Professional® in Sand Springs, Oklahoma with a 40-plus year career. The certification he has from the American College of Financial Services allows him to better serve retirees and pre-retirees seeking retirement income planning advice. He emphasizes long-term care planning and risk management, educating clients and peers through workshops and board service at the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). 

What motivated Steve early on were his grandmothers. Proud and hardworking, they didn’t want to end up in nursing homes in their later years, but eventually did. Steve wanted differently for them and decided to pursue a career in educating retirees on how to properly plan for retirement.

Steve prioritizes family time when he’s not working and loves to spend time with his wife, their children, and grandchildren. He’s also very active and enjoys travel, martial arts, and exercising with his dog, Ace.
